The backbone of our film is the story of a young farmer who inspired it all. We were reminded that going back to your roots and going back to the start is truly how the future of real food begins. A young female farmer was tasked with taking over her struggling family farm as her parents started to grow older. She struggled as a young farmer while overcoming the many barriers that come with generational farming. As a young farmer, she looked at how to do things differently on the farm, how to be more sustainable in her practices, and how to bring in new technology.
